A Mother's Wish

Description
Living with ADHD can be very challenging. Unfortunately, ADHD seldom comes alone. Sometimes it occurs with Autism. While both conditions share many similar traits, each presents its own unique challenge for the child as well as their loved ones. However, regardless of whether it is ADHD, Autism or any other condition, A Mother’s Wish for her child is always the same; and that wish is for her child to learn, to find his passion and purpose, and to love himself and his family. Join us as Kah Ying shares her inspiring journey as writer and a parent of a 23-year-old son with moderate autism. Her story is a roller-coaster ride of ups and downs but most of all, it is one of personal growth as she learns to love unconditionally.

She will also also be bringing her latest book for sale (SGD30): Where Does My Autistic Song belong? All proceeds after costs will go towards programmes and activities to support families raising their autistic loved ones in Singapore and Bali. https://www.amotherswish.com.sg/product-page/crowdfunding-pledge-s-30

Please join us on 12 Oct to listen & learn and most of all be inspired by one mother and her special wish.

PS : DO NOTE THAT OUR MEETING IS ON 12 OCT and NOT 5 OCT.
